All rates are PER NIGHT in Australian dollars (AUD) and INCLUDE tax. Complimentary Summerwind Estate bottle of wine on arrival.

* Summerwind Cottage is an all-seasons base for a variety of holiday activities, including sun, surf, cheese, and wine. Our PEAK season runs December through January and including Leeuwin concert, special event or long weekends and school holidays. We require a minimum of a 5 night stay over the Easter and Christmas periods.The rate of your stay will be confirmed in response to booking requests.

Booking & Payment;
To confirm a booking we will request the amount equivalent of 1 nights stay. The full payment of your stay will be due 1 week prior to arrival.

We hold your initial booking enquiry dates for 3 days only. When we receive a confirmation request, the dates are marked as pending and the deposit is required to secure.

Terms & Conditions;

• The accommodation is self contained and not serviced.
• Check in is 3pm. Check out is strictly 10am, a late check out fee will apply if the property is not vacated at this time.
• NON-SMOKING Accommodation - ALL areas of this property (grounds and interior) are non-smoking. A $200 charge for non-compliance with non-smoking policy will be imposed to meet the cost of cleaning and sanitation to restore the accommodation to its original condition.
• Summerwind Cottage is to be left clean and tidy with dishes washed. A cleaning fee will be incurred if left untidy.
• Persons booking accommodation are responsible for any loss or damage to it.
• Guests are held responsible for any visitors they have at the accommodation also abiding by these terms and conditions.

Cancellation or change of booking;

• Cancellation of a booking will forfeit the full amount of deposit paid.
• Cancellation of a booking falling within a week of arrival will forfeit the full amount paid.
• Change of arrival and/or departure dates is available at no additional charge if a deposit has been paid. Subject to new date(s) availability.
• Making a deposit is agreement to the terms and conditions of Summerwind Cottage.
